Gus will address various challenging problems occurring in estate administrations including issues such as obtaining possession of estate property, addressing issues relating to jointly owned property, dealing with creditors and difficult beneficiaries, solving issues arising in sales of estate property, distributing assets to minors, and resolving tax issues. 

About Gus Tamborello

Gus was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Mr. Tamborello graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in May 1987 with high honors. During law school, Mr. Tamborello wrote for the Houston Law Review, served as Chief Justice of the Honor Court and received the Distinguished Service Award. The firm of Gus G. Tamborello, P.C. specializes in all aspects of the process of settling estates of deceased persons, commonly referred to as probate. The firm also specializes in proceedings relating to incapacitated persons, commonly referred to as guardianship.

 

 

Parking
Parking is available in the attached Chase Bank Tower garage. Entrances to the garage are on 5th and Colorado. We will provide parking validations at the conclusion of the event. Upon etnering the Chase Bank Tower building, make your way to the 21st Floor. Carpooling is highly encouraged.

CPE Credit

There are no prerequisites. 1.0 credit hour.

Deadline to register or cancel is Friday, January 19 at noon. Guarantees to the venue necessitate this policy.
