Tamborello.\n \nThe presentation will address various challenging problems occurring in estate administrations including issues such as obtaining possession of estate property, addressing issues relating to jointly owned property, dealing with creditors and difficult beneficiaries, solving issues arising in sales of estate property. distributing assets to minors and resolving tax issues.\n \nAbout our speaker: \n Gus Tamborello was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Mr. Tamborello graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in May 1987 with high honors. During law school, Mr. Tamborello wrote for the Houston Law Review, served as Chief Justice of the Honor Court and received the Distinguished Service Award.\n \nMr. Tamborello handles cases in Harris County and all surrounding counties including Fort Bend County, Montgomery County, Brazoria County and Galveston County. Mr. Tamborello has also handled cases in other areas of the state.\n \nIn addition to maintaining a full-time practice, Mr. Tamborello has given numerous speeches and written many articles on various subjects in the areas of probate and guardianship.
